DELIVERY

  • Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimated and subject to change. Please note that delivery times for orders to Switzerland via MeinEinkauf.ch may be 2-3 business days longer than for deliveries to Germany.
  • We currently only deliver within Germany and, since August 1st, 2025, have been testing delivery to the Netherlands. However, we are working on being able to deliver throughout Europe soon. Customers in Switzerland can order through the MeinEinkauf.ch service. MeinEinkauf handles all import duties for a small fee and delivers your goods directly to your home. Find out how it works here.

Goods value under €120 in Germany €5.90*
Goods value over €120 in Germany for free*

Shipping outside of Germany - flat rate €13.50.

*Delivery costs apply to deliveries within Germany. Swiss customers ordering via the MeinEinkauf.ch service will incur an additional delivery fee from our service partner starting at CHF 17.90.

  • Vouchers issued by us will not be applied to shipping costs, except for vouchers for free shipping.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

DELIVERY STATUS

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a DHL tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order using the link provided in the email.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Should the ordered item be unavailable despite your order, we sincerely apologize and will inform you immediately by email. We maintain our inventory very carefully, but unfortunately, stock errors can occasionally occur. We will endeavor to deliver the item as soon as possible. Should the product be permanently unavailable, we will cancel the order in consultation with you and refund the amount immediately.

For our Swiss customers: About MeinEinkauf.ch You can shop easily in our store, with low shipping costs and, most importantly, WITHOUT customs duties.

Proceed as follows:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch . Here you will receive a personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

2. You can now create a customer account in our online shop using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

3. Place your order in our shop using your personal email address firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch

4. Please use only the following address for both shipping AND billing:

In addition to addressing your payment to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method. Possible payment methods are:

1. Credit card

2. PayPal

3. Instant bank transfer

4. Advance payment

5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. The MeinEinkauf.ch team will simultaneously be kept informed of your order status to ensure it is shipped to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can then view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt at www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders".

6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. Along with your goods, you will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch.

Please note that for customs reasons, goods delivered to you via MeinEinkauf.ch must also be returned via the MeinEinkauf.ch returns service. Here's how.
